2025 Kaleida Health Negotiations: Final Bargaining Report and Tentative Agreements

CWA Local 1168 is proud to present the full Final Bargaining Report, along with all signed Tentative Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Intent, Side Letters  and wage scales reached during the 2025 Kaleida Health collective bargaining process. We encourage all members to review these documents carefully in preparation for the upcoming ratification vote on July 22, 23, and 24.

Your vote matters. It’s essential that every member makes an informed decision based on the complete terms of the tentative agreement.

Wage Scales:

The scales below are indicative of a first year 3% general wage increase effective June 1, 2025, second year 3% general wage increase effective June 1, 2026 and third year 4% general wage increase effective June 1, 2027. 

The creation of the 25th anniversary year step will go into effect as of  January 1, 2028 and will represent a 3% wage increase.
