Thank you to all who voted today on the tentative agreement. The contract vote passed overwhelmingly and has been ratified by all Bargaining Units at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Kenmore Mercy Hospital,  and St. Joseph Campus!

CHS presented a package on Agency, Attendance, and Staffing. While there’s some progress—like movement on attendance policy—CHS continues to reject key staffing and enforcement proposals. The Union remains firm that agency staff should not block night shift bidding.
