Welcome to the new Safe Staffing Hub. This site and the tools within have been developed over the last few months by your CWA1168 Clinical Staffing team and brings you a direct connection to filing a staffing complaint, along with advanced trending tools and complaint status look up.
Not every area has been included yet, but we are expanding access to those non-CSC units and job titles. We will keep developing this hub with including additional sites and features and will update when new tools and features go live.

Submit a Staffing ComplaintWhen to Submit a Staffing Complaint
You should submit a complaint if the staffing plan is not being followed:
- Are you out of ratio?
- Did you miss a meal or rest period?
Further, any concern under Section 4 of N.Y. Pub. Health Law § 2805-t can also be in violation of the staffing plan.
