This week, your CWA and 1199SEIU bargaining teams made significant progress on non-economic issues with Kaleida Health! We’ve reached tentative agreements on Workplace Violence & Security, Time & Attendance, and Job Bidding & Transfers.

🏥 New safety commitments include better monitoring, more security tech, and expanded training.

⏰ Updates to time and attendance policies address fairness and staffing.

🔄 Improvements to transfers and bidding ensure transparency and opportunity.
