KH Bargaining Update June 6, 2025

🚨 BARGAINING UPDATE – JUNE 6 🚨

Kaleida finally gave us their full economic proposal—and it’s a disappointment. They proposed just a 1% raise per year. Meanwhile, they continue pushing aggressive changes that would severely limit our ability to use Personal Leave days, especially in smaller departments.

They’ve made it clear: they want to give us less and control more. We must show them we’re not backing down.
