Important Payroll Reminder - Accelerated Timeline

Attention members: Kaleida Health has announced an accelerated payroll schedule due to the New Year’s holiday.

• Pay Date: Thursday, January 2, 2025

• Payroll Processing Date: Sunday, December 29, 2024

Employee Action Items:

• Review your timecards by December 28, 2024, for accuracy.

• Submit any corrections or exceptions to your manager or timekeeper immediately.

This is the first payroll processed through the new Infor GoHR system, but Kronos will remain the timekeeping system for recording hours.
