CWA Local 1168 is proud to partner with Kaleida Health, SEIU 1199, and the Healthy Work Campaign (HWC) to conduct the Healthy Work Survey—a groundbreaking assessment of stress and wellness in our workplaces. This is the first time we are undertaking this survey, and your participation is vital in helping us evaluate the state of our work environments.

The survey is completely anonymous and confidential, designed to measure workplace stressors and self-reported health and well-being. By participating, you will gain insight into your own work environment, as you’ll receive a personal report once the survey closes.

Why This Matters

This survey goes beyond individual feedback—it provides data that can shape how we approach workplace wellness and safety. For the union, the results may serve as a valuable tool to guide discussions and strategies in our upcoming contract bargaining process. While the decision to use this data during negotiations will rest with the bargaining committee, the insights we gain will help us clearly outline and address challenges in our work environments.

This survey is different from the bargaining survey you recently completed. Instead, it specifically focuses on assessing how “healthy” or “stressed” our workplace environments are and could provide a roadmap for improving wellness and safety at work.
