The Bargaining Committee continues to work on side table proposals and is bargaining five days a week to prepare the union’s full economic package. Open bargaining begins June 16 with limited seating—details on sign-up to follow.

Catholic Health’s recent proposals include mandatory full extra shifts, expanded holiday coverage, mandatory FLOAT reassignments, and increased commitment days for Per Diems. Your Committee has rejected these proposals.

We did reach a Tentative Agreement ensuring extended shift workers receive a second 20-minute break.
