Bargaining Update June 13, 2025

Kaleida Health has broken its “no concessions” promise, demanding cuts that undermine frontline caregivers while ignoring our top bargaining priorities. 

CWA 1168 and 1199SEIU remain united in rejecting these unacceptable proposals and are calling on members and the public to stand with us in demanding a fair contract that respects healthcare workers and protects patient care.
