Staffing Update - New Staffing Hub

We’re excited to introduce the new Safe Staffing Hub, a tool built to make our staffing work more transparent, more useful, and easier for members to access. This new hub gives members a better way to track staffing complaints, review trends, and find important resources all in one place. It is part of a larger effort to strengthen accountability, give workers clearer access to information and demand safe staffing for our patients. We will keep building on this hub over time, but this is an important step toward making our staffing program more visible, more organized, and more effective for the members it is meant to serve.
