Kaleida Health Launches New HR System – Important Updates for CWA 1168 Members

Changes Coming January 2, 2025

Kaleida Health is launching a new Human Resources system called Infor GoHR, and we want to make sure you’re prepared for these updates before the first paycheck of the new year.

Key Details About Your First Paycheck

•Pay Date: Thursday, January 2, 2025 (adjusted for the New Year’s holiday).

•Live Paycheck Pickup: Begins at 1 p.m. on January 2 

•Direct Deposits: Will continue without interruption.

Accessing Your Pay Stubs

Pay stubs will have a new look and will be available exclusively through Infor GoHR under “Employee Links.”

•No More Emails: Pay statements will no longer be emailed. Members must log into Infor GoHR to view and download them.

•Multi-Factor Authentication: Required for accessing the system remotely outside the Kaleida network.

Benefits Changes for 2025

If you made any updates during Open Enrollment, those changes will take effect with this first paycheck. Be sure to double-check your paystub for accuracy.

How to Access Infor GoHR

•Log in via the KaleidaScope home page or follow instructions for remote access.

•Review and update your personal and banking information under the My Profile and Pay tabs.
