Kaleida Health Bargaining Update – June 27, 2025

After five days of bargaining, progress has been slow on the key issues that matter most to union members. Management continues to undervalue our demands—now is the time to show our power. A strong YES vote in the upcoming Strike Authorization Vote (July 8–10) will send a clear message: we won’t accept anything less than fair staffing ratios, competitive wages, improved pensions, a childcare fund, and NO concessions.
