CHS Bargaining Update #23

CHS presented a package on Agency, Attendance, and Staffing. While there’s some progress—like movement on attendance policy—CHS continues to reject key staffing and enforcement proposals. The Union remains firm that agency staff should not block night shift bidding.
Tentative agreements were reached on surveillance protections, cafeteria discounts, and Call-In Pay. The Bargaining Committee is pushing hard for fair terms for all units, including St. Joe’s.
