CHS Bargaining Update #14

This week, Catholic Health presented their economic proposals, including wage increases well below market standards, cuts to health benefits, forced overtime, and new hire policies that undermine fairness. CHS also rejected the Union’s proposals on staffing, longevity steps, and competitive pay incentives. None of these proposals have been agreed to. Members are encouraged to stay informed and united as we continue fighting for a fair contract.
