Bargaining Update #24 – St. Joseph’s Campus

This week, CHS presented a package focused on Hours of Work for St. Joseph’s and Kenmore Mercy. We’re pleased to report tentative agreements were reached for all bargaining units at St. Joe’s. Wins include: seniority-based shift preferences, protections against agency overtime priority, and clarification on needs list and weekend make-up policies.

Despite this progress, CHS continues to reject simple fixes on Job Descriptions that would increase transparency and fairness when applying for new roles.
