It is extremely important that you fill out the rounding reports each and every time you have discussions with members. Without these we have no way to track our rounding and how to target our approach.
If you didn't document - it wasn't done.
Please mark your calendars for upcoming contract training dates and request your steward days appropriately.
BGH, HPTE and the Downtown Clinics will have their trainings in the BGMC.
MFS, DMP and the Northtown Clinics will have their trainings at the local offices.
Please note each training will be for TWO days. Refer any questions to your AVP.
