Update on Paycheck Description Codes

We’ve received an update from Kaleida Health regarding the paycheck description codes that have been causing confusion since the transition to the new payroll processing system. We understand how frustrating it’s been trying to figure out what some of these codes mean, and we’ve been advocating on your behalf to get this resolved.

The good news? Kaleida has assured us that this issue will be fully resolved by the last paycheck of the month. In the meantime, they’ve provided us with a key to the codes that is pictured below, we have also included a downloadable and searchable version that lists all available deduction codes for past checks. This resource should help you better understand your paystub deductions until the updates are implemented.
