Curtis Paine - PT, DPT, CSPDT

Curtis has 11 years with Kaleida Health working as physical therapist in the Buffalo General physical therapy department.  Working actively in the union for over a decade; nearly his entire career with the local in many roles including: steward, chief steward, member of the new hire committee, Area Vice President of the Professional bargaining unit and most recently being elected at the Secretary / Treasurer of CWA Local 1168.

When asked why unionism is important to him, he stated “It is important for workers to have a voice in their workplace and have equal rights/benefits as their co-workers.” Going forward Curtis told us “I hope for the Local to continue growing its membership and continue to develop new ways to involve membership.”
