Updates, Events and Expiration Dates...

We hope everyone was able to enjoy a great summer in Buffalo this year, with the change in weather we are switching gears and ramping up for many upcoming things happening with Local 1168.

Please be on the look out in coming weeks for an email and or text message from Local 1168.  We are going to be distributing our 2025 Contract Bargaining Survey, which we hope each member will fill out.  The results of this survey are extremely important because it give ours members a chance to share their voice regarding the many topics of bargaining and will help us to target our approach at the bargaining table.  Differing from years past, the survey will be in a digital online format this year - no paper.  Using an online format for the survey will allow us to more rapidly and accurately detail the results.  In addition to sending this directly to members our team will be rounding through the facilities to help you fill our the survey if you have any questions or concerns.

Another item that many people have been asking about and may need a reminder for is the HighMark Wellness Debit card that was provided to us.  Please use the flyer below to help answer your questions.  This program has an expiration date of 12/31/24, if you do not use the funds on your card prior to then, they will be lost.

On Friday October 25th from 5-7pm we will be having our annual Halloween Party at the Local.  Please join us and stop by with your family and friends to join in on the spooky spirit.
