Update Regarding New MOU - 2024 Surgical Technologist & OB Tech Signing & Referral Bonus

CWA Local 1168 is happy to announce that we have entered into an agreement with Kaleida Health for a memorandum of understanding regarding the immediate and important need for Surgical Technologists and OB Techs at all sites. In this MOU an incentive plan has been created including a signing bonus and referral bonus.

Under the current MOU which is set to expire June 30, 2024 the sign on bonus would be $10,000 for full time employees and $5,000 for part time employees, Per Diem is not eligible for a sign on bonus. The bonus is applicable to internal candidates promoted to one of these positions. A referral bonus will be paid to current employees who aid in recruiting these positions as $1,500 for a full time recruitment and $750 for a part time recruitment.
